History
In 1989, founder René Floore was so inspired by 'joggers' from the United States that he decided to introduce his own innovative concept in the Netherlands. He left his job as butcher to design, build, manufacture and sell "the classic ".
With intuition, a high degree of manual dexterity and entrepreneurship, he introduced a pushchair to the market with the following characteristics:
- Simple design
- Strong and durable
- Sporty
- All-terrain
- Unisex
After a short period in the nineties consumers began to embrace the highly innovative concept and easywalker became a great success in Benelux. Again a "Dutch Design", where form is followed by function, was introduced.
The classic reflects the essence of a stroller: a high quality and safe product with a unique design. In 2003 this model was adapted to the latest novelties and extended with various accessories.
In 2006, the easywalker range expanded with two models: the sky and the duo. These models, which have undergone several modifications, also have the typical easywalker signature. In 2009 the range was extended with a four wheeler: the qtro.
From Weesp, under the smoke of Amsterdam, easywalker is active in 22 countries and still works with the philosophy of 1989 in mind.
